嘉賓介紹
羽根功二先生于1983年加入ULVAC（愛發科），開始設備安裝與調試的工作，至1992年為止，主要負責薄膜蒸鍍設備和PVD設備。1992年-2002年，被委任開發LCD用的PVD設備，隨著AM-LCD行業的升起，擔任課長一職，主要在日本和臺灣工作。從2002年開始，擔任工程部部長職務，主要從事OLED蒸鍍設備，封裝設備，噴墨打印設備的開發，并且負責全球設備的安裝?，F任ULVAC OLED設備的產品經理一職。

Joined ULVAC in 1983, started the carrier as a member of inspection and installation team in charge of evaporation systems for decoration films and PVD systems for electronics devices till 1992.
Since 1992, assigned for the development of PVD systems for LCD, along with the rise of AM-LCD industry, worked as an engineering manager, mainly in Japan and Taiwan till 2002.
From 2002, engaged with the development of OLED evaporation systems, Encapsulation systems and Inkjet Systems as a senior manager responsible for engineering, and also set-up of production system as a site manager, in the global market.
Currently working as a Product Manager in charge of OLED equipments.
演講主題：《OLED產業升級的機遇》
From the end of 2015, display industry has totally changed as it became clear that major mobile phones were going to adopt AMOLEDs in near future. Panel makers decided large scale investments and demands increased for equipment suppliers almost beyond their capacities. This trend will continue.
Requirements for AMOLEDs are revolving with its flexible features from Curve to Bendable and in near future roll-able displays will be commercialized.
Main stream of backplanes size is G6 and cut half for evaporation system and will be gradually enlarged along with the growing demand for OLED TVs.
The presentation aims to introduce ULVACs OLED equipment line-up that meets the fast growing, cutting-edge industry requirements by its long and abundant expertise in FPD industries as well as its comprehensive technologies in semi-conductor and components.
